When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24-72 business hours, but can take up to 10 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS, FedEx and UPS.
What do you charge for Shipping?
• Standard Shipping is $7.70 (estimated delivery is 3 to 10 business days).
• Expedited Shipping will be available on all orders for $10- $15 (estimated delivery 3-5 business days).
• Express Shipping will be available on all orders for $45 (estimated delivery 1-2 business days).
• Orders over $99 shipped within the United States qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
(All orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery)
Do you offer Expedited or Express Shipping?
We do offer Expedited Shipping for $10- $15 depending on the size of the order. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days. We also offer Express Shipping for $45. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1:30pm PST will go out the following business day.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders with Standard shipping are typically shipped within 3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days to be processed. Processing time is NOT included in shipping times. Express and Expedited orders typically ship out same day. You will be emailed a tracking link once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. All delivery dates are estimated.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking link. Tracking will be available approximately 24 hours after your order is shipped out. How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing customerservice@femmefountain.com so that we can correct your address before your order has been shipped.
What happens if my package is unclaimed or refused?
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the all original and any return shipping charges. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

International Shipping
When can I expect to get my package during this pandemic?
Due to the impact of Covid-19 international orders are expected to see major delays, as USPS is taking extra caution to prevent the spread. We cannot guarantee an estimated delivery time as different regions may vary.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the united states and canada.

• Standard International Shipping: Cost $37.50 on all orders.
• Orders over $99 shipped outside of the United States qualify for Free International Express Shipping.
Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
We currently do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time on international Orders.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days, and standard International Priority Shipping orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available 24 hours after your order is shipped out. You can view the progress by tracking your package from the emailed tracking number. If you have any questions about the tracking of your order please contact our Customer Care Team by email at customerservice@femmefountain.com.
Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

What happens if my package is unclaimed or refused?
If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:
• Original and return shipping charges
• Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Return Cost
to be eligible For a full refund and free shipping costs, items must be postmarked within 7 days of confirmed delivery. After the 7th day, In Store Credit will be issued and you will be charged for shipping costs. Please email customerservice@femmefountain.com to receive return shipping label and set up return form. Please be sure your item qualifies for a refund before shipping your item back.
international orders do not qualify for free returns.
14 Days to Return
Items are considered final sale after 14 days, and are no longer eligible for free refund/shipping. All Clearance items and shoes are considered FINAL SALE at time of purchase. All items discounted at 30% or greater are considered final sale.
Returns and Exchanges for
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)
- Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact our Customer Care Team immediately by emailing us at customerservice@femmefountain.com .
- We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item or Store Credit.
